He has over 30 years experience in leading complex manufacturing operations and transformation programmes within multiple manufacturing sectors and across all manufacturing typologies, assisting organisations in tailoring solutions that deliver sustainable improvements.

A seasoned Operations expert and Industrial Engineering practitioner, with strong analytical skills and focus on Value Discovery across the wider supply chain, who has successfully defined and delivered several strategic multi-site global manufacturing transformation programmes, supported by solid operations models and commercial justifications.

He has also successfully delivered several organisational and people-change initiatives within hostile manufacturing environments, and is highly influential in communicating the vision, inspiring stakeholders at all levels to achieve full commitment.
