Chris has 35 years’ experience working in international manufacturing, engineering, and distribution businesses.  He has worked in the Aerospace, Automotive and Building Products sectors leading Privately Owned & PE Backed Businesses for the last 10 years.

 

Chris is an experienced Change Agent and has driven growth and implemented strategic improvements across Global Manufacturing & Supply Chains.  He led a business through a carve out and sale to private equity and has completed multiple acquisitions and business integrations.

An Engineer and Operations Specialist, Chris is part of the Operational Excellence Team that assists clients through the development of high calibre people, optimisation of processes, and where appropriate, the deployment of enabling technologies.
