Expertise
A highly qualified and experienced, but down to earth, hands-on individual, Steve is part of our Operational Excellence leadership team. He is a specialist in linking strategy to local objectives by designing, delivering and improving interconnectivity within both single and multi-site organisations and between X-Functions to maximise performance and growth.
With a career spanning from apprentice to senior Engineer to C-suite interactions across a range of – international – household names, achieving his Executive Doctorate in Management in 2019, Steve specialises in change and transformation; enabled through effective communications, collaboration, leadership, coaching (transactional and transitional) all underpinned by visual management which interlinks the fit-for-purpose, Required-to-Operate, Processes.
With emphasis and focus upon reducing costs, adding value, continuous improvement, performance and growth, Steve designs and builds a methodical operating system which optimise operations by tracking metrics in real time. Through effective and efficient Organisational Design, this provides the ability to compare actual against production plan requirements, together with meaningful data upon which to make informed decisions and take confident and targeted action against.
