Gordon has 35 years working in engineering / manufacturing businesses across Aerospace, Defence, Marine & Energy sectors, with experience in product development, programme management, operations management, quality and digital transformation.

He has spent 15 years delivering transformational change, applying organisation design, operating model change, problem-solving, lean and IT enablement. Gordon has an end-to-end view of the enterprise, with deep appreciation of PLM and good knowledge of ERP & Manufacturing Systems.
