Stewart focuses on supporting charities and social businesses in developing long term sustainability.

His background is in finance, working in corporate banking with Bank of Scotland for over twenty years, primarily in the North West of England where he was responsible for managing many of the bank’s entrepreneurial client relationships. More recently, he worked with Enterprise Ventures as part of The North West Fund. Stewart’s primary focus in the last fourteen years has been to invest his financial skills and knowledge in maximizing social return on investment across the roles he has undertaken. This has involved serving on a range of boards, including as Chair.
