Our selection process commences with an expression of interest and CV via email.
An initial conversation with one of our Operating Partners and referral.
A second conversation with one of our Operating Partners.
Applicant confirms their intent to join. Pre-joining process; includes a series of forms to complete and references. Contracting; contracts will be distributed electronically for signature. Nomination of a suitable partner buddy.
If accepted, you will then commence our induction and activation programme.
Our induction consists of a half-day session in one of our offices which covers all of the back-office support functions.
Buddy welcome lunch is an informal opportunity to meet your allocated buddy and explore all things gunnercooke.
This will be followed by the construction of a business plan that fits your aspirations of workload and income.
A welcome pack will be provided that guides a new Operating Partners through their initial set-up actions and integration within the team.
