Catherine’s is an expert in organisational design, change, sustainability, resilience and cultural transformation. With over 30 years in the financial sector and 17 years of experience spanning broader industries such as health, professional services, technology, retail and real estate.  Catherine has cemented her reputation as a specialist in designing and facilitating end-to-end business and global transformation programmes.

Her career has been dedicated to partnering with CEOs, boards and executive teams to diagnose organisational challenges, navigate complex transformations and deliver tangible, sustainable outcomes. Catherine’s work extends beyond strategy; she advises Boards, Exec teams, business leaders, legal, compliance, risk, change, sales and HR professionals.  Providing practical support to build robust infrastructures and resilient Transition Leadership capabilities to thrive in a world of continuous change.

At the heart of Catherine’s work is the Organisational Sustainability and Change Resilience Practice (OSCR).  An approach she established after 20 years of applied practitioner research, combining organisational, clinical and Buddhist psychologies.  This innovative approach leverages diagnostic analytics and systemic change transition practices.  Empowering leaders with deep insights into the intricate dynamics influencing organisational and operational and performance.
