An Operations expert with over 40 years experience who was formally trained as an Airframe and Systems engineer. Focussed on business value he assists clients through strategy development, organisational maturity, cultural and organisational change and solution design ensuring any changes deliver the targeted business returns. His elegant, innovative solutions have provided over £2bn of improvements in industry including delivering Smart Factories and Industry 4.0 solutions.
