Expertise
Jas is an employment taxes subject matter expert with over 24 years of experience. He has previously spent his entire career working in the Big 4 accountancy firms and has a wealth of experience advising businesses of all sizes across a wide range of sectors.
Jas advises businesses on both employment taxes compliance work (ensuring that clients do not fall foul of the quagmire of complex legislation and obligations) and consultancy work (ensuring that clients are ensuring efficiency and maximising savings from any planning opportunities).
He also defends clients who are subject to HMRC scrutiny and compliance reviews and also at tribunals where he feels that HMRC are applying an erroneous view of the employment tax legislation and case law.
Jas also works with accountancy and law firms providing employment taxes subject matter expertise to assist them with their client base.
