Andy is a qualified chartered accountant with in excess of 17 years’ experience working in corporate finance and private equity organisations.

Being a founding partner building a fast-growing e-commerce company, he has made the transformation to operate both in funding and in delivery roles.

The vast amount of businesses Andy has appraised and worked with in his corporate finance and private equity career provides an invaluable insight, across multiple industries in every aspect of funding through to business plan execution.

Andy is an excellent communicator, team builder and business coach, incredibly energetic with a passion and strong desire for any business he works with to succeed.

Chris Baldock

Chris is an experienced successful business leader, mentor and builder of companies with both corporate and SMB experience on a national and international scale.

An engineer with a progressive career in sales and marketing followed by high profile MD, Chairman and Non-Executive roles in technology organisations. Chris has previously featured in Sunday Times fastest growing company league tables twice, an entrepreneur of the year finalist in the independent and an A list member as one of the leading movers and shakers in the IT industry for CRN.

Chris has a track record in working with Private Equity in restructuring, building and exiting technology companies creating significant shareholder value. Chris is current chairman of several information technology companies in telecommunications, ed tech, unified communications and IOT sectors and works extensively in providing advice on mergers, acquisitions and ensuring investments achieve maximum shareholder value.

David has a 30+ year track record of delivering profitable growth for consumer goods businesses, selling into multi-channel retailers, wholesalers and specialists.

With experience in domestic and international markets in both branded and own label merchandise, David has developed and successfully implemented growth/profit strategies that have transformed both PLC and privately-owned businesses based upon a strategy of establishing a clear differentiation, delivering added value to its customers through brand appeal, category management, supply chain efficiency and a passion for customer service.

David McIntyre

David is a chartered accountant and expert in financial strategy, business planning & improvement, and executive training.

He is a senior leader with a progressive career spanning 20 years in senior leadership executive and non-executive roles amassing a wealth of experience of improving and growing businesses.

A strong communicator with authority and clear vision, skilled at understanding highly complex operations and businesses with strong influencing and negotiation skills that are essential attributes in driving transformation programmes to success.

David’s broad range of experience covers a multiple of disciplines including finance, change management, organisational development, HR, IT & technology, project management, audit & assurance, business improvement and corporate venturing.

Donald Morris

Donald is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) with a track record in dealing with difficult and challenging management situations combined with an extensive experience in Company Acquisitions, Disposals, Turnarounds and High Growth situations.

An exemplary career in blue chip organisations in both senior line management and advisory roles. Donald has operated in a domestic and overseas capacity in Europe, North America, Middle East and Pacific rim where he has built a network of business contacts combined with a thorough understanding of the culture that is essential in delivering successful outcomes in highly competitive markets.

Donald is a member of Lloyds Banking Group's Panel of Turnaround Experts. He is well versed in structuring solutions in complex management situations building Management teams to meet different stakeholder requirements.

He thrives in high pressure, complex environments delivering excellent results.

Paul Hampton

Paul has worked in Chief Executive positions in both Enterprise and SME organisations also operating within the dynamics of organisations under family ownership. In all of Paul's previous roles he has driven the need for change and improvement across a wide range of areas specialising in customer acquisition and improving profitability.

Paul has consistently delivered successful outcomes throughout his career in a wide variety of sectors and markets and is therefore able to quickly grasp the key issues, working with management teams to formulate and execute programs that create or improve shareholder value.

Stewart McCombe

Stewart has previously enjoyed a successful career in corporate banking with the Bank of Scotland building a skill set and wide-ranging commercial experience gleaned from operating with a multitude of business challenges and opportunities.

Stewart commenced a transition into the not-for-profit sector ten years ago building a portfolio of Chair, Non-Exec and consultancy roles, primarily in the public and not-for-profit sectors including leisure and social care.

With an intimate knowledge and proven track record in operating within the North West corporate market, in roles covering both relationship management and business development. Stewart's core strengths are in building relationships across all stakeholders, getting the best out of management teams delivering quantifiable results.

Tony Lockwood

Tony is an experienced Senior Manager with in excess of 25 years Project, Programme, Change Management and consulting experience.

Working with Executive teams with the objective of the formulation, development and delivery of strategic plans that improve operational efficiency and subsequent profitability, Tony has a track record in operating with major corporates across multiple industries and disciplines including business planning, procurement, supply chain management, information technology and implementing organisational and business change.
