Andy Bate

Andy is a qualified chartered accountant with in excess of 17 years’ experience working in corporate finance and private equity organisations.

Being a founding partner building a fast-growing e-commerce company, he has made the transformation to operate both in funding and in delivery roles.

The vast amount of businesses Andy has appraised and worked with in his corporate finance and private equity career provides an invaluable insight, across multiple industries in every aspect of funding through to business plan execution.

Andy is an excellent communicator, team builder and business coach, incredibly energetic with a passion and strong desire for any business he works with to succeed.

Daryl Woodhouse

Daryl is a 26 x Award-Winning Business Growth Strategist, Productivity & Wellness Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach, Business School Lecturer & Non Exec Director.

His career began in a global top 10 FTSE corporation where he developed as a growth strategist and leader up to national level. He left the corporate employed environment in 2011 inspired to start and scale up his own international company.

His strengths include exit strategies, talent development, performance growth, productivity and employee wellness alongside my his unique '3E System' methodology and tools.

Daryl heads up the London hub, working alongside a number of Operating Partners providing support to clients across the South.

David Chandler

David is a chartered tax adviser with background in the Big 4 accounting firms over the last 16 years. His focus has been on committing first class service to mainly large corporates across all sectors. Recent specialist focus has been providing technology-based solutions for complex tax issues and processes in the area of employment tax. This experience has involved managing bespoke teams and implementing complex projects into large and often complex corporates

David Joyce

David has a 30+ year track record of delivering profitable growth for consumer goods businesses, selling into multi-channel retailers, wholesalers and specialists.

With experience in domestic and international markets in both branded and own label merchandise, David has developed and successfully implemented growth/profit strategies that have transformed both PLC and privately-owned businesses based upon a strategy of establishing a clear differentiation, delivering added value to its customers through brand appeal, category management, supply chain efficiency and a passion for customer service.

David McIntyre

David is a chartered accountant and expert in financial strategy, business planning & improvement, and executive training.

He is a senior leader with a progressive career spanning 20 years in senior leadership executive and non-executive roles amassing a wealth of experience of improving and growing businesses.

A strong communicator with authority and clear vision, skilled at understanding highly complex operations and businesses with strong influencing and negotiation skills that are essential attributes in driving transformation programmes to success.

David’s broad range of experience covers a multiple of disciplines including finance, change management, organisational development, HR, IT & technology, project management, audit & assurance, business improvement and corporate venturing.

Fergal Roche

Fergal has worked with central government, unions, local government and other critical stakeholders to understand the needs of public sector leaders in a highly complex, critical government-priority sector.

Her is an experienced board chair and non-executive director (NED), currently of a multi-site organisation with assets in excess of £50m and 750 staff, and a private equity backed company supporting schools.

He has led four different organisations and held senior business development roles in a FTSE 100 company and a $4Bn turnover privately held international group. This has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the education landscape, including maintained, academy, independent and international sectors.

He has built a fast growth, highly successful entrepreneurial business in the SME space, appearing in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list.

He holds an MBA from a leading business school, is a Fellow, Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT), 2019 and a qualified coach and mediator.

He heads up our Homes Counties hub.

Stewart McCombe

Stewart has previously enjoyed a successful career in corporate banking with the Bank of Scotland building a skill set and wide-ranging commercial experience gleaned from operating with a multitude of business challenges and opportunities.

Stewart commenced a transition into the not-for-profit sector ten years ago building a portfolio of Chair, Non-Exec and consultancy roles, primarily in the public and not-for-profit sectors including leisure and social care.

With an intimate knowledge and proven track record in operating within the North West corporate market, in roles covering both relationship management and business development. Stewart's core strengths are in building relationships across all stakeholders, getting the best out of management teams delivering quantifiable results.

Tom Robinson

Tom is an experienced commercial business leader with a passion for business excellence and B2B/B2G service delivery.

A track record of driving transformation and improvement, integration following acquisition, and delivering sustainable results in start-up/mobilisation and steady-state. Experienced in strategic review, team selection, structural change and supply chain management.

Driven by a desire to deliver commercial results and customer service through a values-driven and motivated team. A calmly responsive and committed natural leader with a positive and warm communication style who generates a culture of openness and trust which engenders collaboration and growth in an empowered team.

Tom leads our Midlands Hub and is developing a team of Operating Partners across the Region.

Tony Lockwood

Tony is an experienced Senior Manager with in excess of 25 years Project, Programme, Change Management and consulting experience.

Working with Executive teams with the objective of the formulation, development and delivery of strategic plans that improve operational efficiency and subsequent profitability, Tony has a track record in operating with major corporates across multiple industries and disciplines including business planning, procurement, supply chain management, information technology and implementing organisational and business change.
